This appointment combines a detailed skin consultation with a personalised facial, allowing us to understand your skin, lifestyle, health history, and skincare routine before creating a treatment plan tailored to your goals. Whether you’re concerned about acne, rosacea, sensitivity, pigmentation, ageing, or simply want healthier skin, this appointment provides the foundations for long-term results.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. More than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit will be forfeited. Due to the nature of services provided, deposits, treatments, courses, and gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
